Easy Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. flour
    1 egg
    1 stick margarine
    5 slices white bread
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place fruit in a buttered 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Cut the crust from the bread slices and cut each slice into 5 fingers or strips.
    Place the bread fingers over the fruit.
    In a bowl, mix the sugar, flour, egg and butter.
    Pour over the fruit and bread.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
