Jimmy Carter Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped peanuts
1 c. flour
1 stick soft margarine
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
chocolate syrup
nuts
Preparation

Blend first 3 ingredients and press in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, 1 cup confectioners sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip.
Spread on cooled crust. Mix puddings and cold milk together and let stand for a few minutes.
Pour over 2nd layer.
Top with Cool Whip, drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with nuts.
