Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) fryer, cut up
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil and remove.
    Brown onion in same pan and add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for 30 minutes, then pour over chicken in baking pan.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
