Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. bread flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. warm water (120~)
Preparation
    Blend together the bread flour, dry yeast and salt.
    Add warm water and mix 10 minutes.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Divide dough into 2 pieces and ball up.
    Let rest 15 minutes.
    Roll out piece to size of pan and put on pan.
    Put on desired toppings.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
