Opulent Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    1 (15 oz.) can artichoke hearts (in water)
    8 to 12 oz. fresh mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. cooking sherry (optional)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. tarragon
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Melt butter in saute pan and brown chicken breasts on both sides.
    Remove chicken and put in square baking dish.
    Put mushrooms and artichoke hearts in saute pan and cook for 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle flour over mushrooms and artichokes.
    Add chicken broth, sherry and tarragon.
    Stir and let bubble until it thickens a bit.
    Pour over chicken and cook for 30 minutes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
