Chicken Paprikash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 2 1/2 lb. fryer, cut in pieces
    oil to brown chicken
    1 onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 to 3 Tbsp. Hungarian paprika
    1/4 c. flour
    4 c. chicken stock (can use canned)
    3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil.
    Add onion and garlic; cook until transparent.
    Discard oil.
    Sprinkle 3 tablespoons paprika on chicken to coat.
    Sprinkle flour on top and stir.
    Add chicken stock, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook slowly until chicken is very tender.
    Add sour cream last 5 minutes only to heat.
    Do not boil.
    Gravy will be thin.
    Serve with boiled potatoes or parslied noodles.
