Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant, peeled, diced and boiled 6 to 7 minutes
    1/3 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Stir all
    together except eggplant.
    Drain eggplant and add to mixture.
    Put in greased glass dish and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
