Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 stalks celery
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 cans minced clams
    6 or 8 potatoes, chopped
    16 oz. chicken broth
Preparation
    Mix oil and flour to make a roux.
    Add celery, onions and garlic and cook until onions are clear.
    Add broth, clams and potatoes.
    Cook until all vegetables are tender.
