Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. plain flour
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Slowly bring to a boil.
Boil for 2 minutes.
