Cream Cheese Rugelach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter, softened
    6 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. superfine sugar
    3 1/4 c. cake flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/3 c. finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate or mini chocolate chips
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raspberry or blackberry preserves
Preparation
    In a food processor, combine butter, cream cheese and superfine sugar.
    Process until well blended.
    Add cake flour and salt.
    Process until dough forms a ball around the blades.
    Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate 1 hour until firm.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, combine walnuts, chocolate, sugar and cinnamon.
    Mix well.
