Easy Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 uncooked 2 lb. stew meat
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
    pinch of garlic salt
    small can mushrooms, if desired
Preparation
    Cut meat into small pieces and mix all ingredients in an 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
