Thailand Rice Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely diced, cooked ham, chicken or pork
    3 finely sliced mushrooms
    1 qt. rice, cooked
    1 finely chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 well beaten egg
Preparation
    Fry meat lightly in 2 tablespoons hot oil.
    Add mushrooms, rice, onion and soy sauce.
    Fry over low heat 10 minutes.
    Add egg.
    Cook and stir 5 more minutes.
