Lemon Velvet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) container lemon low sugar, low-fat yogurt
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate (undiluted)
    2 1/2 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    ice cubes
Preparation
    Place half each of yogurt, orange juice concentrate, skim milk and vanilla in container of an electric blender.
    Add enough ice cubes to measure 3 1/2 cups; blend until smooth.
    Repeat procedure with remaining ingredients.
    Serve immediately.
    Yield: 7 cups.
