Broiled Haddock - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. haddock or other fillets
1 Tbsp. melted butter
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of paprika
2 tsp. minced parsley
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Butter or grease a shallow, oven glass baking dish, then arrange the fish on it.
Brush each fillet with some of the melted butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Broil about 2 inches from the heat until lightly browned and flaky (never turn fish while broiling).
