Alyson'S Texan Favorite Boneless Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. brisket
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    4 oz. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. Worcestershire
    6 oz. Kraft hickory barbecue
Preparation
    Cover tightly and marinate overnight.
    Place in a covered pan and bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Uncover and drain.
    Bake 1 hour longer.
    Slice and serve.
    Yield:
    8 to 10 servings.
