Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. round steak
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. peanut oil
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
1 head broccoli
1/2 head cauliflower
1 small can mushrooms
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
salt
pepper
Preparation

Slice steak across grain into 1/4-inch strips.
Peel and chop garlic.
Heat to high a wok or large skillet.
When hot, add the oil, meat strips and garlic.
Cover and stir for about 3 minutes. Dice onion and cut pepper into strips.
Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces.
Drain mushrooms and add these to wok.
Add soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
Continue cooking and stirring for approximately 5 minutes.
