Pineapple Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken
    cooking oil
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Break joints of chicken.
    Brush chicken with oil; season with salt and pepper.
    Place skin side down.
    Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat until lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Turn; broil 15 to 20 minutes.
