Blueberry-Banana Muffins(12 Muffins) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Kretschmer wheat germ
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. skim milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1/2 c. mashed banana (about 1 medium)
1/2 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen, thawed
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups or lightly grease bottoms only with no-stick cooking spray.
Combine wheat germ, flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
Add combined milk, oil, egg and banana; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Stir in blueberries.
Fill prepared muffin cups almost full.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm or store tightly wrapped in freezer.
To reheat, microwave at High 30 seconds per muffin.
