Fruit Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. pineapple juice or more for right consistency
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat egg yolks; add lemon juice.
Add flour and sugar mixed before adding to egg and lemon juice.
Add salt, butter and fruit juice but be sure to keep stirring all the time.
Keeps quite a while in refrigerator.
When cool, add to whipping cream as much as you need.
