Fat-Free Bean Pole Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
    1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
    1 (1 lb.) can Northern beans
    1 (1 lb.) can garbanzo beans
    3 medium onions, chopped
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    2 celery stalks, sliced
    1 zucchini, chopped
    1/2 c. water
    1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Place tomatoes with their juice in a large
    soup kettle.
    Add undrained beans and all other ingredients.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2 hours.
