Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. shortening
2 eggs
2 c. cream-style corn
Preparation

Beat all together.
Drop by tablespoon into hot deep fat. Brown as much as needed.
Drain in paper towel.
Serve with butter, syrup and jelly or as is.
