Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 picnic shoulder (any size shoulder)
    salt to taste
    pinch of red pepper
    vinegar
Preparation
    Bake shoulder until done, about 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Then chop up meat.
    Add vinegar, red pepper and salt to taste.
    Mix up the meat with the ingredients.
    Put back in the oven until golden brown.
