Sausage And Pepper Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. hot/sweet sausage, frozen
2 to 3 cans crushed tomatoes
3 green peppers
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Cut frozen sausage into slices abut 1/4 inch in size.
Put into a roasting pan with oil and garlic.
Slice the green peppers; add to sausage.
Cover and cook in oven at 350\u00b0 until sausage and peppers are almost cooked.
Keep on stirring the ingredients so they don't stick together as sausage can do if not stirred.
When almost cooked, add the crushed tomatoes and cover.
Cook for about 1 hour more, until all ingredients are well cooked.
