Meatball Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/2 small onion, grated
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 c. jellied cranberry sauce
    3/4 c. chili sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Form 1-inch balls from meat, egg, bread crumbs and seasoning. In skillet, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice.
    Simmer, stirring until smooth.
    Add meatballs. Simmer 1 hour.
    Serve hot. Makes 25 to 30 meatballs.
