Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box orange jello
1 (12 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Drain pineapple, add jello to pineapple.
Add cottage cheese, stir in Cool Whip.
Drain oranges and set aside a few for garnishing.
Add oranges to mixture.
Garnish with a few oranges on top.
