Double Quick Batter Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. soft butter
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water; add sugar, salt, eggs and butter. Beat in flour.
Let rise for 45 minutes.
Stir down and spoon into 12 greased muffin tins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown on top.
