Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. milk
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. grated carrots
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Generously grease cake pan.
Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt together; set aside.
Combine eggs, oil, milk, sugar and vanilla; mix well.
Add flour mixture, pineapple, carrots, coconut and nuts.
Stir well; pour into pan.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting, if desired.
