Salsa Chicken Melt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices sourdough bread
    2 slices nonfat cheese
    1 Tbsp. salsa
    3 oz. chicken
    2 tsp. low calorie margarine
Preparation
    Top slice of bread with cheese, salsa, chicken and second slice of bread. Spread sandwich with margarine.
    Cook in skillet on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
    Makes 1 sandwich.
