Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh cranberries
    2 oranges
    1/2 c. boiling water
    2 c. sugar
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    nut meats (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatine in tablespoon cold water; add to boiling water and cool.
    Take cranberries through grinder (fine); also grind 1 whole orange (juice of 1 orange).
    Mix thoroughly with the gelatine and add orange juice, sugar and nut meats.
    Place in refrigerator to set up.
    Will keep 6 months in freezer.
    Put in sealed jars.
