Millet Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. uncooked millet
    1 c. oats
    1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
Preparation
    Pour all ingredients in blender and blend on high for 2 to 3 minutes (may need to do 1/2 at a time).
    Cook on waffle iron. They cook slowly, so allow more time than for regular waffles.
