Savory Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 tsp. flour
    1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    2 to 4 crisp cooked bacon strips, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook celery and onion in butter until tender, but not brown. Blend flour in.
    Add remaining ingredients, except bacon.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly thick.
    Reduce heat; cook slowly for approximately 20 minutes.
    Garnish with bacon.
    Serves 2.
