Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten lightly
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    7 oz. flaked coconut
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease pans.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Knife will come clean when done.
    Don't overbake.
    Makes 2 (9-inch) pies.
