Ingredients

4 eggs
1/3 c. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground coriander
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. almond liqueur or rum or extract
ground nutmeg
Preparation

Blend eggs, honey and salt.
Add remaining ingredients except nutmeg.
Blend well.
Butter a 1 1/2-quart baking dish; pour in mixture and sprinkle nutmeg over top.
Set dish in a pan of warm water and bake in preheated very slow oven (250\u00b0) for 2 hours or until firm.
Cool; chill.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
