Pa. Dutch Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/3 flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat egg; add milk.
Add salt, sugar, flour and baking powder.
Add egg and milk.
Beat until smooth.
Pour batter into funnel, holding finger over the bottom.
Swirl batter into fry pan of hot oil, from center out.
Fry until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Top with confectioners sugar.
