Cranberry-Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. Karo syrup
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
    1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell
Preparation
    Stir together eggs, Karo syrup (light or dark), sugar and margarine until well blended.
    Stir in cranberries, pecans and orange rind.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 1 hour or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Makes one 9-inch pie.
