Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp flour
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/8 tsp salt
    4 c cut rhubarb
    6 oz. or 2/3 c. evaporated milk
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine 1 c. sugar, flour, nutmeg and salt.
    Toss with rhubarb. Let stand 15 minutes.
    Spoon into pastry crust.
    Combine milk, eggs and 1/2 c. sugar.
    Pour over rhubarb.
    Top with lattice crust. flute edges.
    Bake in hot oven 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes longer.
