Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 egg
    2 c. cut up rhubarb
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil.
    Beat egg; add to mixture.
    Add rhubarb and milk.
    Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon; add to other mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
