Liver And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork liver
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. fat
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Cover liver in boiling water.
Simmer 10 to 12 minutes.
Drain and cut into small cubes.
Brown liver, onion, pepper and celery in hot fat.
Mix rice and tomato juice with liver and vegetables. Add salt and pepper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 5 to 6.
