Oriental Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 15 chicken wings, cut off tips
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. anise seed
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in heavy skillet.
    Bring to boil.
    Lower heat.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Remove cover and simmer 15 minutes longer.
    Make ahead for best flavor!
