Banana Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. lite brown sugar
2 medium size bananas
3/4 c. white sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Melt half oleo (1/4 cup) and brown sugar together in an 8 x 10-inch pan.
Slice bananas and arrange in rows on top of brown sugar mixture.
Cream remainder oleo and white sugar until light and fluffy.
Add beaten egg and vanilla.
Blend thoroughly.
