Sliced Tomatoes With Basil Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves, chopped or 2 tsp. dry basil
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Slice the tomatoes into round disks; spread them on a large flat plate.
    Sprinkle basil on tomatoes, then olive oil.
    Yield: 6 servings.
