Baked Liver - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef liver
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 apples, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. water
    3 or 4 slices bacon
Preparation
    Place liver in bottom of pan or casserole dish.
    Add salt, pepper and chopped apples.
    Add the onions, then add water and bacon on top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, then uncover and brown.
