Caramel Turtle Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box devil's food cake mix
6 Tbsp. butter
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk, divided
1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
24 pecan halves
Preparation

Mix cake mix, melted butter and all but 2 tablespoons of evaporated milk until well blended.
Spread 1/2 batter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Mixture will form thin layer.
Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Reserve remaining batter.
Melt caramels with 2 tablespoons evaporated milk.
Remove cake from oven.
Sprinkle with chips and drizzle with caramels.
Drop remaining batter by teaspoon over caramel until covered.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cut while warm. Press pecan halves on each square.
