Meat Ball Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    4 carrots
    2 potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can green beans or peas with liquid
    1 large onion
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, onions and dash of pepper.
    Shape into 16 balls and brown in
    2 tablespoons
    of vegetable oil in large skillet.
    Quarter the carrots,
    potatoes,
    large
    onion and green beans or peas. Stir in
    2 cans Hunt's tomato sauce (8 ounce size) and 1/2 cup water. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender (about 1/2 hour).
    If desired
    substitute tomato sauce for cream of mushroom soup. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
