Spinach Balls(Makes 5 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
    6 eggs
    2 c. stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add other ingredients to blend.
    If too soft to handle, refrigerate for a while.
    Roll into small balls; place on cookie sheet.
    Bake for 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cool and serve.
