Lemon Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, flour, juice of 2 lemons and grated lemon rind.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Serve with whipped cream.
