Cloud Nine Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (reserving 1/2 c. pineapple juice)
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (10 oz.) Cool Whip
6 tsp. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped maraschino cherries
Preparation

Leave cream cheese out of refrigerator overnight.
Beat cheese until creamy; add pineapple juice, a little at a time.
Fold in Cool Whip; add other ingredients.
Let set overnight before serving.
