Pear Mincemeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. pears or 1 gal.
    1 qt. apples
    1 orange juice
    1 lemon juice
    2 lb. raisins
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    8 c. sugar
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grate or grind pears and apples, drain off juice and add other ingredients.
    Cook
    30
    to 45 minutes slow.
    Stir to keep from sticking.
    Fill jars and seal.
