Mom'S No-Fat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. warm water or other liquid
    2 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. wheat flour
    3 to 4 c. white flour
Preparation
    Combine water, yeast, salt, 2 cups white and 1 cup wheat flour. Mix 10 minutes with whisk or mixer.
    Cover and let stand for 20 minutes.
    Add 2 cups wheat flour and 1 cup white flour, mixing in as much as possible.
    Knead in remaining flour as needed.
    Divide in 2 parts.
    Shape and put int two greased bread pans.
    Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
