Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. potatoes, diced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can clams
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    parsley
Preparation
    Chop bacon.
    Fry until crisp.
    Remove bacon from skillet. Drain on paper towel.
    Add pepper, water, onion, potatoes and salt to grease in skillet.
    Cook for 10 minutes, then add both milks and clams.
    Cook 10 more minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Add bacon and sprinkle with parsley.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 4.
